Do you have any New Year’s Resolutions?
Every year you hear people making a Wish list again for what they want to do different in the New Year. New Resolutions like ‘Being Better’, ‘Live more Healthy’, ‘Losing Weight’, ‘Go to the Gym more often’ etc.
But actually…..Every Day is a new day for new Opportunities, New Chances, Changes and Resolutions. It’s funny people always use the New Year as The Opportunity to change something for the Better in their Lives. I think it became more of a habit or even a kind of tradition.
But when you use Every Day as a chance for a new Opportunity or Resulation you don’t have to wait till the New Year and start Right Away! How Awesome is that?! Unless you try to pull if off of course ;-)
For a lot of things it’s actually better Not to wait as why would you lose So much Time when you Really like to Change something? Sometimes you just need to Make yourself Excited to get started, but that’s okay! Find things that Make you Excited so you see No Reason yourself to pull it of!
If you have new Ideas about changing things, talk with other’s about it, Especially when they already doing something that you would like doing as well! They might be even able to Motivate you and give you just that little Push you need to get going with it.
My advise, don’t wait till every New Year to Create Positive Life Changes. Do it Now! Stop waisting time and Start using time! You can Create so much Wonderful things for yourself which makes you Feel better!
Don’t you just want to Feel good the Whole Year through? Instead of only the Excitement at the beginning of each Year because of the ‘Great Resolutions’ you intend to create?
And then…..how much of the Resolutions you make you really Create? Or do you often make them but in the end it’s not Created at all or just a part of it?
Another reason for not to wait. As often you create too many Resolutions at once and put the Pressure on yourself to Create them all. While if you work on it as every day is a chance to Create new Resolutions you will have Much more Excitement and Way less Pressure.
Not only towards yourself but also towards others. As often you tell others about your New Resolutions for the New Year, so people will have Expectations of you. Why would you put yourself up with that pressure?
Skip the whole “sharing” of what your New Resolutions are, even if it’s with New Year or through the Year, keep it for yourself or just share it with your partner, a family member or a very good friend ( who won’t judge you when you fail in creating your Resolution) and just Do It! In this way you don’t have to ‘worry’ that others have Expectations and you Feel the pressure you Can’t Fail.
So….just sit back, Relax, think about what you would like to Progress this Year for yourself and take your time. Do it All at your Own Pace, your own Time and when You are Ready for it! Not, because it is New Year and everyone is doing it ;-)
